Beef, Mushrooms and Noodles

3 cups water1/2 of one packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix2 cups dry egg noodles9 oz. deli roast beef10 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
Put water and onion mix in pan. Boil 5 minutes. Add noodles, stir and cover. Reduce heat. Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. While this is cooking, cut meat into bite sized pieces and slice mushrooms. Add meat and mushrooms. Cover again. Cook additional 5-10 minutes until mushrooms are soft and noodles are done. You may need to add more water if it is evaporating. Stir and serve.
