Beef Gougere

Ingredients
1# ground beef1 small onion diced1 clove garlic1/2 tsp dried thyme1 can sliced mushrooms3 oz (= 3 cheese sticks) low-fat mozzarella1/4 C butter3/4 C water1/2 tsp salt3/4 C flour3 eggs
Directions
Filling: Sautee beef and drain then and onion, garlic, thyme and mushrooms. Cook until veggies are tender

Dough: Bring butter and water to a boil. Add flour/salt all at once and stir until mixed-remove from heat and mix eggs in one at a time. In a greased, round pie pan line the bottom and sides with dough and add beef mixture.

Bake:25 min then top with shredded mozzarella and bake 5 min longer
