French chicken sandwich

Ingredients
1 large French baguette8 oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded2 slices of deli mozzarella cheese1 large tomato, sliced (about 6-8 slices)1/2 cup of spinach leaves4 tbsp of Italian dressing
Directions
Slice mostly through bread and pull back to create an opening. Stuff with meat, cheese and veggies and then drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
