Hig Protein Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 cup of pumpkin puree1 egg1/4 cup of water1/4 cup of coconut oil1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup protein powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon fine gain sea salt1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1/4 teaspoon ground gingera pinch of black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl combine pumpkin, egg, oil, water and sugar. Whisk until well combined.
3. In another bowl combine, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, pepper and backing soda. Carefully stir the dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Do not over mix. Pour mixture in pan and sprinkle top with raw pumpkin seeds.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
