400 g ground beef 50 g crushed pork rinds100 g pate1 Tbsp mustard1 Tbsp mayonnaise2 eggsSpices to taste ( I used garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and thyme)50 ml. white wine
O. Grease a microwaveable recipient with a little butter.
1. Process all ingredients except for the beef until you get a kind of paste.
2. Mix the resulting mixture and the ground beef together.
3. Put it into the greased tin and heat at medium-high (depending on micrpwave) for 20-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick or any longer woodstick in the center, if relatively dry, stop cooking and leave in off-set microwave for 5-10 more minutes.
4. Let chill, cut into slices nd enjoy!
