Macaroni Crumb Custard

Ingredients
1c. whole wheat macaroni1c. whole grain bread crumbs1.5c. skim milk6 egg whites.5 cup chopped onion1.5c. lowfat grated cheese.5t. saltpinch cayenne2T. mixed fresh or 1T. dry herbs
Directions
Cook noodles - set aside

Soak bread crumbs in hot milk until soft.. Stir in eggs, onion, cheese and seasonings.

Pan spray a 1.5 qt. casserole and put macaroni in. Pour other mixture over top evenly - don't stir.. Set in pan of hot water and bake at 325F for 1 hour or until custard is firm.
