Focaccia-Style Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flax seed meal1 T baking powder1 tsp. iodized sea salt1 T Swerve5 eggs, beaten1/2 cup water1/3 cup extra light olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 10 x 15 pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine egg, water, and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir well.

Let batter rest for 3 minutes.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Spread to even batter, if needed.

Bake for 20 minutes or until it springs back when touched.

Cool and slice.
