Spicy Three Pepper Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz Rigatoni Pasta6 oz grilled chicken breast1 cup canned stewed tomatoes1/2 large red bell pepper strips1/2 small green pepper strip1 whole scotch bonnet pepper chopped (seeds removed)1/2 medium red onion chopped1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder4 tbsp ricotta cheese1/4 cup water1/2 cup traditional spaghetti sauce
Directions
Boil rigatoni according to box direction and reserve. Heat olive oil, add vegetables and seasoning, sautee until just tender, add water, tomato sauce, grilled chicken and stewed tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes add pasta and ricotta then serve serve.
