Sauteed Broccoli and Cranberries with barley, almonds and feta cheese

15 Brussel Sprouts trimmed and cut in half1/8 c. dried cranberries1/8 c. reduced fat feta cheesed1/4 c. cooked barley1 T. raw honey1 T. pure maple syrup1 T. olive oilsalt and pepper
Cook barley per instructions on package.
After barley is cooked, heat oil in fry pan and add brussel sprouts and cranberries. Cook until brussel sprouts are becoming tender and browned. Add honey and balsamic vinegar cook down until nice and coated and brussel sprouts are done. combine this with the barley until well mixed. Put on plate and sprinkle almonds and cheese on top. Enjoy!
