Baked Potatoes with Beans

4 medium sized potatoes1 can black beans1 cup frozen spinach.5 tsp garlic powder1 tsp cuminsaltpepper8 tbs lowfat sour cream
Thoroughly wash potatoes. Poke with a fork several times. Cook each potatoe in microwave for 2-3 min. (You can combine and cook all together; just adjust the timing). Meanwhile, add can of beans, spinach and spices to small pot on the stove. Simmer on low for 5 min.
Put cooked potato on plate and slice open. Add 1/2 cup of bean mixture and top with 2 tbs sour cream.
