Light alfredo sauce

2 tbsp Light bacel margarine2 tbsp flour2 cups milk1 clove garlic (1 tsp dried)salt to taste black pepper to taste.
Melt margarine/butter in sauce pan. Once butter is melted add in flour and whisk together. cook together for about 30 sec (until combined together without sticking to spoon or pot).
Add milk and whisk together until there are no lumps. Add garlic, some salt and pepper. Cook on med. heat, whisking frequently, until milk thickens (remember cheese will also thicken sauce a bit).
Once milk has thickened add cheese and whisk frequently until cheese has fully melted and incorporated. Check for taste and add additional salt, pepper or garlic. Remove from heat and add to pasta.
Serving Size: is enough for about 6 to 8 serving of pasta (depending on how much sauce you like)
