Bacon, broccoli and cheese quiche

Ingredients
3/4 lb. bacon- chopped and cooked crispy1/2 cup each- onion and red pepper 1 cup - broccoli, chopped1/2 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes1/2 cup 4 cheese Italian blend cut up or shredded4 whole eggs1/2 cup half and half1 Tbsp bacon drippings1ready to bake pie crust
Directions
Cook chopped bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, reserve drippings for use later, set aside. In same pan sauté onion and pepper in a little of bacon drippings, until tender. Add broccoli to pan and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove veggies to paper towel to drain, set aside. In another bowl whisk 4 eggs and 1/2 cup half and half along with 1 tablespoon bacon drippings. Once veggies are cooled add cheddar cheese and Italian blend cheese to veggies and bacon, mix well. Put pie crust in pie plate, add veggie, cheese, bacon mixture. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
