Carl's Banana Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup Shortening2 cup Sugar4 Eggs : Beaten6 Ripe Bananas2 tsp Baking Soda4 cup Floor1/2 tsp Salt8 tsp Sour Milk (add a smidgen of Vinegar)
Directions
1. Cream shortening; add sugar and beat well
2. Beat eggs and mash bananas; add to previous mixture
3. Sift flour, salt and baking soda; add alternatively with sour milk and beat until smooth.
4. Bake in greased pan at 350� F for about 1 hour or until done. Cool before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves (900 g each)
