6 oz noodles2 onions1/2 pound velveeta6 tbs. can't believe it's not butter light melted6 potatoes
Boil potatoes and mash with velveeta until cheese is melted. Cook noodles as directed on box. Saute onion with a little butter. Mix 1/2 of onions with potatoes. In 13x9 inch pan layer noodles, and potato ending with noodles, top with remaining onions and butter. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
