spinach smoothie

Ingredients
spinach, 3 cupsblueberries, frozen, 1 cupmixed fruit, frozen, 1 cupflax seed meal, 2 tbspspearmint or other mint, 2 tbsp3 cups water
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender with one cup of water. Start blending at low speed and increase from there. I add the remaining 2 cups of water in dribbles to prevent air pockets from forming in my blender. Blend until it is at your desired level of liquification. I blend until green which occurs at high speed in less than a minute.
