judy's cod fish cakes

Ingredients
8oz cod fish boiled 1 cup mashed potatoes 1 egg 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup seasoned panko 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup white flour
Directions
boil cod fish approx. 20 min drain and mash with fork. add potatoes, egg. and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup flour. mix well and form into 8 patties. mix together 1/2 cup seasoned panko and remaining 1/4 cup of grated parmesan. coat each patty completely. fry in olive oil until gulden brown
