Blueberry Rhubarb Crisp

*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)Kellogg's Special K Red Berries cereal (1 cup), 1.5 cup (remove)*Rhubarb, 8 cup, diced (remove)Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup (remove)**Jello, Lemon, Sugar-free, 4 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 0.3 cup, unpacked (remove)Olive Oil, 0.25 cup (remove)
Place fruit in the bottom of 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle the jello powder on top. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, cereal, brown sugar and oil until crumble. Spread on top of the fruit. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes.
