Ingredients
* Flour, white, 1.75 cup * Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp * Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp * Splenda, 32 tsp * Shortening, 1/3 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Milk, nonfat, 0.125 cup * Banana, 2 mashed * Walnuts, 0.25 cup, chopped
Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes in a loaf pan. Makes 12 slices.

    Very tasty bread. I added 2 tbs. brown sugar too. Toasted the walnuts before adding and upped the bananas to 3. - 3/7/10

    Sooooo good! Wasn't sure about the amount of milk, so I used about a quarter cup of Silk Very Vanilla soy milk and subbed pecans for the walnuts and YUM!!! My co-dieter loved it & waits for the recipe as well as my fiance! Thanks hun!!! Making more tomorrow! - 7/7/08
