Tomato Basil Pizza on Cauliflower crust

Ingredients
CrustCauliflower, raw, .5 head, ricedMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeToppingsMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded2 Roma TomatoBasil, 15 leavesPizza Sauce, 1 cup
Directions
Mix crust ingredients in a bowl. Spread evenly in a pizza pan or a small cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes until it starts to turn golden. Remove from oven. Add toppings. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the crust to set up.
