1 cup chopped cooked broccoli (fresh); steamed in the microwave for 2 mins. 45 sec.1 cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar2 cups egg substitute6 slices of canadian bacon (diced to desired size)1 cup 3 pepper and onion blend (Kroger brand)1 tsp minced garlic3 dashes of crushed red peppersalt and pepper to taste (if any)
Pour all of the egg substitute in a medium bowl. Add garlic and all spices, then add cheese and canadian bacon. Add chopped broccoli. Mix well. Pour into 8x8 lightly greased (non-stick spray) pan and bake on 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to set for 10-15 minutes then cut into 9 squares. Enjoy!
