Roasted Broccoli and Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped coarsely1 tbsp. olive oil100 grams cooked chicken breast meat, cubed2 cups cannellini beans, cooked1 medium tomato cut into cubes
Directions
Toss broccoli and onion in olive oil and roast in 425 degree oven until broccoli is just tender. Set aside to cool.
Toss all ingredients into a salad bowl and mix in your favourite salad dressing to taste
