Ingredients
Baked Version:3 large eggs1 cup warm water16 oz Original Cream CheeseSweeteners (used to your sweetness)Dixie Counter Cheese Cake MixVanilla Extract (or extract of your choosing with no sugar)If you want the No BAKE VERSION:Exclude the eggs.2 Tablespoons warm water1 cup of Heavy CreamChill for 2-3 Hours Note: You get 12 servings for NO BAKE VERSION
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 7" springfoam pan, or a 7"-8" cake pan, Pam Liquid Spray

Make sure Cream Cheese is soft, put in bowl, 3 eggs, 1 tsp extract, Sweeteners, 1 cup warm water, beat with blender on medium until creamy and smooth (note batter will be thin). Spray pan with cooking spray, then pour into pan evenly. Set in the middle of rack. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then transfer into refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours to chill or put in Freezer for 30 minutes.


Serving Size: 1 Slice = 3.5 oz. (for total of 9 slices)
