Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Ingredients
2 T olive oil, divided2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves-cubed12 oz. angel hair pasta1 carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed2 cloves garlic, minced2/3 cup chicken broth1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat 1 T oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for 2-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through ( no longer pink). Remove from skillet & drain on paper towel. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta & cook 2-4 minutes, or until ad dente; drain & set aside. Meanwhile, heat 2nd T oil over medium heat in same skillet used for chicken. Stir fry carrots for about 4 minutes, then add broccoli & garlic and stir fry another 2 minutes. Finally, stir in broth, basil & cheese & return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low & simmer about 4 minutes. Place drained pasta in a large serving bowl. Top with chicken/vegetable mixture & serve immediately.
