peanut butter banana protein bars

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour1 cup quaker oats2 scoops vanilla protein powder2 tbsp ground flax seed1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup splenda 3 mashed bananas2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup egg whites1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl
Mix bananas, vanilla, applesauce, egg whites and peanut butter together in a large bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until incorporated.
Spread mixture in a 9x13 pyrex baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
