Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breast, 2 poundsFat Free Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 CansItalian Dressing Mix, 2 Packs (I made it with one the first time, definitely need 2 packs)Whipped Cream Cheese, 12 oz. (you could use the fat free alternative, but I haven't tried it that way)3 Cups Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, cooked
Directions
Combine the Cream Cheese, Italian Dressing Mix, Cream of Chicken Soup in the crock pot and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Add the chicken, making sure that the chicken is heavily coated with the soup mixture.

Cook on Low 8 hours.

Stir well before serving, being sure to shred the chicken. Serve over pasta.

Serving Size: Makes 3/4 Cup Pasta with approximately 1 Cup of Chicken
