8 c shredded green cabbage1c shredded carrots1/2 c red wine vinegar1/4 c sugar1/4 c canola oil2T dijon mustard2T dry mustard1/2 t celery saltfresh ground pepper to taste
Shred cabbage and break up any large pieces
Shred carrots or buy pre-shredded
Combine all other ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil while whisking until sugar dissolves and mixture is well combined. Pour over slaw and mix well. Serve then or refrigerate for a few hrs for flavors to combine.
