1 pkg. frozen pie crusts3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cubed1/4 cup butter1/3 cup flour1/3 cup chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt1/3 tsp. pepper1 1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup milk2 cups mixed vegetables
line 9" pie plate with 1 pie crust. cut chicken (or turkey) into cubes. melt butter in saucepan, add onion & cook until tender. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring consgtantly until bubbly, remove from heat stir in broth & milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken ( or turkey) and vegetables. Remove from heat. Spoon filling over crust. Place 2nd crust over filling, flute edge, cut slits in several places.
Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes.
