Low Carb Grilled Pork Chop Marinade

Ingredients
Water, ½ cupLight Soy Sauce, ¼ cup Lemon Peel, .75 tbsp Pepper, black, .75 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, minced, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Let marinate at least 3 hours, more the thicker the chop. Remove the chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before you are going to cook them. Rinse them off and pat dry with paper towel. Prepare grill: High on one side, Medium on the other. When the grill is ready, place the chops on the Hot side and sear 2-3 minutes on each side, turning the medium side off. Move to cooler side and close lid. Cook indirectly for 15 - 20 minutes until firm but not over done.

Serving Size: Makes enough to marinate 4 bone-in chops

    Great base. I used it on chicken and added some hot sauce. YUM. I will make this again and again!
    ( As a note to myself, next time I will have to use the lemon zest, as the lemon juice I had in didn't really help. ) - 8/9/14
