Egg White Quiche Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup egg white16 oz lowfat cottage cheese (2 cups)1 cup diced zucchini1 cup diced mushroomspepper, onion powder, garlic powder1 cup diced tomatoes1/2 cup of fat-free feta
Directions
Chop all veggies and combine with the egg white, feta, and cottage cheese. Season to taste and pour into a muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until brown and set.
