Chocolate Walnut Muffins

1 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 Cup Granulated white sugar1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 Tsp Salt3/4 Cup Milk (For this recipe I used unsweetened coconut milk) 1/3 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 large egg1/2 Cup Walnuts
Preheat over to 400 F. Grease your muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl sift together all your dry ingredients.
In a separate large bowl, add all wet ingredients together. Whisk lightly to mix all wet ingrediants together.
Slowly add the dry mix in the large bowl with the wet mix. Stir until your batter is well mixed.
Lightly fold in the walnuts.
Spoon the muffin batter into the pan and bake for 18-20 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
