what if I don't have avocados what else could I substitute. I am craving mousse. Or Chocolate and the smooth rich taste of pudding. Thanks - 3/3/17

I've heard about this from time to time but always kind of felt like eh... not so sure. Then I finally gave up dairy (I'm allergic) and missed having creamy chocolately dessert. So I made this tonight. It will do just fine. Holy cow, is it good. And I even hate bananas. That's how good it is. - 8/21/14
