Ingredients
1 corn tortillashredded beeffrying oil1.5 T avocado1.5 T crema Mexicana or sour cream
Directions
Heat up tortilla over flame until it's soft - or dip in hot oil if you want to do it that way. add 1.5 tablespoon of shredded beef, and roll. You can hold it closed with a toothpick. Fry in hot oil until crisp, and then drain on paper towels or on a rack.

The avocado sauce seems to be avocado and crema, blended, perhaps with a little bit of salt and water. It's green and pale and looks "nuclear".

The shredded beef pot roast is made by cooked with "Mexican spices" or chiles, oregano, garlic, onion, cumin and other stuff, in water, for 90 minutes or more until it starts to fall apart. Remove from water and shred by hand. (If you can't do that, it's not cooked enough. Think hours, not minutes.)

Note that this is 1/2 of a regular order. A regular order is 2 taquitos and sauce. So put "2" in for servings.
