Ingredients
1/2 Cup Olive Oil2 cans chick peas2 cans chicken broth5 cloves garlic, crishedpinch oreganopinch basil Fusilli pasta (corkscrew style)1 tsp locatelli cheese (or parmesan)
Directions
Simmer all ingredients over low flame execpt the pasta. Boil and cook the pasta to desired doneness. Ladle the chick pea mixture over the pasta and top each dish with 1 tsp. grated cheese.
