1 cup dry brown lentils1 cup dry brown rice1 medium onion sliced thinly1/8 tsp salt3/4 tsp ground cumin14tsp cinamon
cook lentils according to package directions. dont cook rice according to package driections it gets mushy. instead cook it like pasta and reduce time by about 15 minutes.
in a skillet simmer a couple tablespoons of water add onions and cook until they start to soften. add a few more tablespoons of water and spices and cook untilsoft and begining to stick to skillet.
mix it all togeather.
