Chicken Chili (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
8 C Low sodium chicken broth2# boneless skinless chickn breast, cut into 1 inch pieces1 (15oz) Cans (about 2 cups) great northern beans, rinsed and drained3 med. zucchini diced.5 med onion diced2 Tbsp ground cumin2 garlic cloves minced2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp saltfresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients n slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3 1/2 hr or low 6 - 8 hrs til chicken is cooked thru.

    This is very good! I didnt put in the zucchini because no one else likes it besides me so instead I put in tomatoes and green chilis! The family was already asking when I was going to make it again! - 10/14/09
