Ingredients
1 tablespoon Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar1 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice5 slices of fresh peeled and boiled ginger root1 cup water1 tablespoon local raw honey (optional)1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Peel and slice the ginger root into 1 inch pieces.
Boil it in 1 cup water for 5-10 minutes.
Strain ginger from water.
Combine other ingredients in the water.
Drink!
