Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans- drained and rinsed2 Large eggs1/4 C Cocoa powder2/3 C Honey1/3 C Coconut Oil1/2 tsp Baking PowderPinch of salt4 drops Peppermint essential oil ( I use Doterra)1/2 C Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour batter into greased 8x8 inch pan and gently fold in half the chocolate chips.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until set. (Toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.)
Let cool and cut into pieces
