Southern BBQ-style pork

Ingredients
1 Pork loin.5 cup Cider vinegar.25 cup Molasseshot saucepepper/red n black(I sometimes add a spoonful of bbq sauce or liquid smoke for extra flavor)
Directions
Roast pork loin and vinegar together, covered, on 325 degrees, for 4-6 hrs. Remove from oven, trim any excess fat, chop or pull into small bits, and add sauces/spices. Mix well. Either serve immediately or return to oven on low to let flavors simmer. Serve on buns or rolls, or alone with southern style veggies.
