Lasagna with beef sauce and spinach

1/2 spaghetti sauce recipe*, about 5 cups110 g grated skim mozzarella cheese50 g grated marble cheese (lower fat)No-cook lasagna noodles, about 8 pieces Frozen cut-leaf spinach, 8 nuggets or 170g2 Tbsp reduced-fat Parmesan cheeseSpaghetti sauce recipe I used; https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1122570
Prepare sauce; grate cheeses; thaw and drain spinach.
Layer bottom up: sauce, cheese, noodles, ending with cheese then sprinkle with parmesan. Put spinach in one single layer around the second or third layer.
Bake 375 about 40-60 minutes, covered loosely with foil first 30 minutes. Done when pasta is fork-tender.
I used half of my beef spaghetti sauce recipe with a little extra water for the noodles.
Serving Size: Makes 9 main course sized servings
