Jo's corn bread

Ingredients
350 g polenta 2 onions 2 corn cobs 4 eggs .25 cup gluten free flour 15 chili stuffed olives 1 tbsp olive olisalt pepper dried chilli flakes
Directions
cook onions in oil until sticky add corn kernels in a bowl mix all other ingredients save some chili flakes for the top
add cooled onions and corn to batter pour into a lined cake or loaf sprinkle top with salt pepper and chili flakes
cook at 200 degrees c or gas 6 for half an hour or until sounds hollow when tapped
