Banana Almond Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c quaker oats1/4 c almonds1/2 t cinnamon1/2 t nutmeg1/2 t baking soda1/2 t baking powder1 banana1 t vanilla1 egg1/2 c almond milk
Directions
Grind up the oats and almonds in blender. (can use almond meal)
In a bowl mix the processed oats/almonds, cinnamon,nutmeg,baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl mash the banana. then whisk with vanilla, egg and milk.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to create the batter.
Head a non-stick griddle over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter on the griddle in about 1/4 cups
Cook for 3-4 mins. The edges with start to brown slightly and there will be few bubbles. Flip and cook for 2-3 mins.

Serving Size: 3, 1/4 C pancakes = 1/2 recipe
