Basic Thai Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 cups cauliflower florets1 can (14oz) lite coconut milk1 can (14oz) chicken or vegetable broth1 cup frozen peas (or any desired mixed variation)Coriander to tasteCurry to tasteOptional: hot chilli garlic sauce to taste
Directions
Combine all, stir and cook on medium high heat for 10 mins or until cauliflower is of desired texture. I prefer mine not mushy or soft; just 'done.'
