3-4 Boneless Pork Chops, 12 oz approx. total weight1 TBS Olive Oil1/4 C Italian Herb Panko Bread Crumbs1 tsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix2 TBSP Onion, Chopped1/4 C Mushrooms Chopped1/4 Green Pepper
Warm Olive Oil in a Skillet. Cut up onion, mushroom, and green pepper. Saute until slightly soft then push up on edge of pan so they stay warm without over cooking. Wet Pork Chops with water and coat with Panko and Ranch Dressing Mix, place in skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes on each side depending on thickness of Pork Chops. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
