Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese1 med onion, diced finely2 tbsp butter1 egg2 tbsp floursalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Beat egg in a bowl, stir in cottage cheese, flour salt and pepper. Mix well. Make small pancakes with 1/4 cup scoops in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
