Colin's Killer Gazpacho

Ingredients
6 tomatoes1/2 red onion1 1/2 cucumbers (big) or three small1 red bell pepper1/2 small jalapenoa fist full of parsley1 oz chives2 stalks celery1/4 cup olive oil (the tasty stuff, it does make a difference in this recipe)1 tsp red wine vinegar1 tsp sugar1 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp Worcestershire1 dash Tobasco2 cups vegetable juice or broth (not V8)1-3 cloves garlic (to taste)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Roughly cut everything and put it all in a food processor, pulse until mixture is in very small pieces, chill, and eat.
The longer you let it sit the more the flavours infuse together. It freezes well and is a delicious lunch or dinner on a hot day.
