Ingredients
Flat rice, potatoes, corn, salt, sugar, lemon, mustard seeds, turmeric, sesame seeds, tsp powdered cinnamon, powdered cloves, 1 green chilli, dhana/ cilantro
Directions
Prep 1 potato (wash and cut into small cubes)
Heat oil and add seeds/chili when it is hot (called vaghar)
Add potato and corn
When those are cooked, add poha and season with salt and turmeric.
When it is cooked add lemon, cinnamon, clove and sugar.
