Savory Ground Turkey Scramble

2 Pounds ground turkey (93% lean)1 medium yellow onion2-3 cups sliced mushrooms1 pound asparagus, broccoli or green beans2 cloves garlicItalian Seasoning to tasteS&P to taste
Chop onions and slice mushrooms and sautee with cooking spray or olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside.
Cut asparagus into 2" pieces and steam until just barely tender (not too soft).
While asparagus cooks, brown turkey in same pan used for mushrooms. Add garlic and seasonings to taste.
When turkey is completely browned, add in par-cooked asparagus and mushroom mixture. Cook until heated and asparagus is done to your taste.
Serving Size: Makes 6 8oz servings
