1 cup low fat milk75g flora ultra marg2 cups plain flour4 tsp baking powder3/4 cup sugar1tsp cinnamon1 cup dried fruit/peel50ml rum
Soak the fruit in the rum,
melt the marg in the milk, add to dry ingrdients with the soaked fruit and stir till mixed together.
Put the mixture into a lined loaf tin or into a 12 hole patty tin lined with cupcake cases.
Bake 180c
