Shrimp In-Love Pasta ver.2

Ingredients
Kraft Philadelphia Light Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup3 Cups fresh Baby Spinach1 19 oz can diced tomato with green peppers, onions, and celery, Drained.44 pcs large frozen pre-cooked peeled shrimp, thawed.4 Cloves garlic, finely minced8 oz dry spaghetti noodlesCrushed red pepper - to taste
Directions
Thaw shrimp by placing in colander under cold running water.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, melt cream cheese in large skillet on med-high heat. Add garlic.
When cheese is mostly melted, add tomato. Stir to combine. Add crushed red pepper to taste.
Add spinach and stir to combine.
When spinach wilts, add shrimp and heat until warmed.
Divide pasta into bowls. Top with cream cheese mixture and serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes four equal servings. I measure using my kitchen scale.
