Mini Pepperoni Pizza Pockets

6 oz tube Pillsbury Golden Layers biscuits (5 biscuits)1/4 cup pizza sauce10 slices pepperoni2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Separate biscuits, then peel each one into two halves, so that you have 10 thinner biscuits. Place one slice of pepperoni in center of each biscuit, then fold over pepperoni and press edges together to seal. Dip each pizza pocket into pizza sauce and shake excess off gently. Place coated pizza pockets on small cookie sheet covered with foil and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
